Not six products to buy separately — one system your shop runs on. Everything below is working software you would use on day one of the pilot, not a roadmap.
Live
WhatsApp orders
Orders arrive already understood
Customers message your usual number in their usual words. AVORA works out the items and quantities against your menu, follows a change of mind mid-conversation, and hands you a reply to check. You tap send — it never sends by itself.
Dine-in or takeaway, split the bill, apply a discount, take cash or UPI or both. The kitchen ticket and the customer receipt come off the same tap, so the kitchen and the counter never disagree.
Live
Voice ordering
Say it in Hinglish, check what it heard
Hold the mic and speak the order the way you would say it out loud. AVORA shows you the items it understood, with quantity buttons and a delete, before anything is added. Nothing goes in until you say so.
Live
Menu and stock
Sizes, prices, and a khatam switch
Your items with their variants and prices. When something runs out, one tap marks it khatam everywhere at once — so it stops being sold at the counter and over WhatsApp in the same moment.
Live
The day's hisab
Closing time, already added up
Sales for the day, cash versus UPI, what is still to be collected, and which items actually sold. Written in Hindi, Hinglish or English depending on what you set — the numbers are yours, not a dashboard to decode.

Customers you recognise
The regular, remembered
A returning number is matched to the person behind it, with what they have ordered before. Nothing for the customer to install, no loyalty card, no app — just your counter knowing who walked in.
One system
One menu. One counter. One day's hisab.
Mark an item khatam and it stops selling at the counter and on WhatsApp together. Punch an order by voice and it bills like any other. Take the money and it is in tonight's hisab. There is nothing to reconcile between parts, because there are no parts.
Some things we have deliberately not built yet: Zomato and Swiggy are not connected, and there is no table QR ordering. When those exist we will say so here.
