Avora Intelligence
AVORA OS
The AI-native OS for Indian cafes and restaurants
One system your shop runs on: the WhatsApp orders, the billing, the kitchen ticket, the voice order shouted across the counter, the customers you recognise, and the hisab at the end of the night.
Four things we decided early
You send, not the machine
AVORA drafts every customer reply and stops. You read it and tap send. There is no setting that lets it message a customer on its own, and that is on purpose.
Hindi, Hinglish, English — really
Not English with a translate button. Pick your language in Settings and the owner screens, the day's hisab and the replies all follow it. Three languages, done properly, before we add a fourth.
Your shop's data stays your shop's
Menu, orders, customers and takings belong to your workspace alone. Nothing is pooled with another business, and nothing is shared without you asking for it.
Fast where speed matters
The AI is for reading messages and hearing orders. Punching an order, printing a KOT and taking money stay plain, quick and predictable — a rush hour is no time for cleverness.
Working today
WhatsApp orders read against your live menu, with the reply drafted for you
Billing for dine-in and takeaway — split bills, discounts, cash and UPI
Kitchen ticket and customer receipt from the same tap
Voice ordering in Hinglish, with the items shown before anything is added
One-tap khatam that stops an item selling at the counter and on chat at once
The day's hisab at closing — sales, cash, UPI, and what is still due
Returning customers matched by number, with what they usually order
Your own notes and answers, so replies use your prices and your rules
Language strategy
Three languages, finished — before a fourth.
हिन्दी, Hinglish and English are live across the owner screens today. You choose one in Settings and everything follows it: the counter, the day's hisab, the voice order, the replies your customers get. Hinglish is treated as its own language, not as broken English — because that is how half of India actually writes.
Other Indian languages will come, one at a time, each finished before the next starts. We are not going to list ten scripts we have not built.
If it is not on this page, it does not exist yet.
Why this is not just another billing app
The AI is underneath, not bolted on top.
Most restaurant software started as a billing machine and had a chatbot added later, so the chat does not know your menu and the menu does not know your chat. AVORA was built the other way round: the same understanding reads the WhatsApp message, hears the voice order, matches the returning customer and adds up the night — because it is all one system, not five that have to be reconciled.
